Dynamo Kiev sancioned by the UEFA

SUMMARY
The UEFA told to Dynamo Kiev to close part of the stadium for the match against the Team of the Premier League Everton. 
The Uefa has imposed that punishment because in the last match against Guingamp the viewers had demaged part of the stadium and ocasioned fires in the exterior of the stadium. 
The Ukranian culb also has to pay to the Uefa an compensation of £50,761.

OPPINION
In my oppinion the uefa is doing good puting this punishments because, if the clubs looks good at the entries the viewers can't not pass the material wich they do the demages, and in consequence of that the matches always are going to be calm
